Notice of Special General Meeting

Kia ora Capital whānau,

We invite all members of Capital Swim Club to attend a Special General Meeting convened to approve amendments to the Capital Swim Club Constitution.

Life members and ordinary members who are financial can vote. Financial members aged under 18 can have a vote cast by their parent or caregiver.

⏰ Time | 6:30pm

📍 Location | Toitū Pōneke Community & Sports Centre, 49 Kilbirnie Crescent, The North Room

The sole purpose of this meeting is to confirm Capital Swim Club’s intent to re-register under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and to formally review and adopt the necessary amendments to our Constitution required for this process.

Please note that no other business will be discussed at this meeting.

We value your presence to help us finalise these required changes to the Constitution.

Please find attached our existing constitution for reference, and our proposed updates to the constitution. If you have any questions or changes to propose, please email board@capitalswim.co.nz with these alterations by Sun 8th Feb.
